* An electronic spreadsheet containing your classmates' contact information which can be used as your mailing list. (This information comes from the Harris Connect website.)
* A tour of Lake Park High School for your group.
* Lake Park Alumni Club materials at your reunion.

Lancers for Life are invited to join the newly-formed Lake Park Alumni Club. The Alumni
Club, sponsored by the Lake Park Educational Foundation, has several fun and exciting activities

Join us at the
Alumni Tent at Lake Park's
Homecoming Game on
Friday, October 1, 2010. The varsity game against East Aurora
High School begins at 7:30 pm. Our Alumni Tent will be open from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
Join your fellow alums of all ages for complimentary hors d'oeuvres and refreshments during the
game. Take a break from the game and take a stroll down memory lane.
Transcript Requests
Student transcript request must be in writing including the student’s signature. Please download
the request form
by clicking
here. Request must be mailed to the Registrar, Lake Park High School West Campus, 500 W. Bryn
Mawr Ave., Roselle, IL 60172. Faxes or email will not be accepted. Please include $1.00 per
transcript and allow a turn-around time of 2 – 3 weeks.
Lake Park Spirit of Excellence Awards (Distinguished Alumni Program)
The Lake Park Educational Foundation honors distinguished alumni, students and staff through its
Lake Park Spirit of Excellence Awards. Nominees for the Distinguished Alumni component will
be Lake Park High School graduates and former students who have brought credit to themselves and
their alma mater. Nominees must have graduated from LPHS at least 10 years ago and have
attended the school for at least two years during that time period. Distinguished alumni are
men and women who have made outstanding contributions in endeavors such as education, science,
business, humanitarianism, literature, religion, and public service. Lake Park Spirit of
Excellence Award recipients will be honored at a celebration dinner at Bloomingdale Golf Club on
Thursday, March 25, 2010.
