Eighth Grade EXPLORE Testing December 2012
All students planning to attend Lake Park as a Freshman in the 2012-2013 school year must participate in placement testing before their schedules are generated. Lake Park utilizes EXPLORE, the first in a series of three exams created by ACT as a part of the Educational Planning and Assessment System (EPAS), and a locally developed math test. Please remember that all students should come prepared with at least two #2 pencils with erasers and a calculator they know how to use. The information that follows provides the dates, times, and location of EXPLORE testing. More information about EXPLORE may be found on the ACT website at http://www.actstudent.org/explore/. What to bring: Two #2 pencils, an eraser, and a calculator
Students who arrive after 8:00am will NOT be admitted and will have to test at the makeup session in January.
Note to parents: please drop off & pick up students in the BUS lot across from the Circle Drive (enter from Medinah Rd or Acacia Ln). The Circle Drive will be closed for student safety. Thank you for your cooperation.
